This image illustrates how the mind thinks something is true but what you see is irrefutable truth. Descartes philosophical views state that what he see's is not real but doubt. Therefore two people can look at a image and have two different perspectives upon the image. It's about seeing multiple perspectives and many ideas on the image.

What is "the American life"
To begin with, an american means that you live in america. To be an american it means that you have dreams of once accomplishing. Where as the American Life is to build your own family, have a job where you get paid good money to raise your children and other family members. The american life is to go to school and get a scholar ship, and do what your patient about. To be american it means that you are able to eat anywhere such as other Americans. It means that you have freedom, and can do whatever they want. To be an american it means that you have to follow laws just like everyone other citizen. It means to stand up for what you believe in different perspectives = one community. To be American, it's less about who you are and where you are born than what you are about!
